Ethelbert is a practicing lawyer in both public and private sectors teaching International Law, Family Law and Public Corporations at the University of San Jose Recoletos (USJR) – School of Law.
He is instrumental in the incorporation of the Cebu Bloggers Society Inc. He facilitated the idea of institutionalizing the organization of bloggers in Cebu. He is an animated conversationalist who can charm his readers and listeners effortlesslly about Cebu, a place where craftsmanship and beauty abound.
He currently sits as an esteemed legal adviser of CBSi.
